原因：

Kernel version < 2.6.9-55.0.2.EL 

This can be caused by a Red Hat kernel bug that appears to have been corrected in:
kernel-2.6.9-55.0.2.EL

解决方案：

2. Re-attempt the failed upgrade process by using the DBUA or manual (CATUPGRD.SQL).
