(3)WIN7下处理在SQL命令行中用EDIT指令产生SP2-0110: 无法创建保存文件 "afiedt.buf"的问题。

解决办法为将SQL*PLUS设置为以管理员权限运行，因为其权限不足以开启NOTEPAD。
