failed to load resource file osql.rll

运行osql命令，突然报错

    “failed to load resource file osql.rll”

去搜索osql.rll，发现文件还在，并没有丢失。

1、尝试重启系统，无效；

2、在微软的download center下载（https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/）

sqlcmd installer 和ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server

然后重新启动系统就可以使用了
