由报错信息可知  /app/oracle/oradata/orcl/system01.dbf 损坏

查找坏块:

[oracle@zhoux backup]$ dbv file=/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/system01.dbf

找到错误的地方，根据情况处理问题．
