不要轻易使用linq代替sql

linq转出来的语句在数据库上执行，花费40多秒:

检索到 100127 行。

实现同样的业务，自己写的sql语句：

执行自己写的sql，花费不到1秒：

Total query runtime: 680 msec
检索到 2 行。
