修改couchdb安装目录etc/couchdb/default.ini 
中的bind ip 
如报错libicu.s0.53不能打开对象 则export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/spidermonkey/lib 
或设置环境变量
