    给 只允许本地登陆的用户 admin 操作所有数据库的所有操作权限

mysql> GRANT all ON *.* TO ‘admin‘@‘localhost‘
    -> ;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

step3:

    退出

mysql> exit
Bye
xinjin@xjPC:~$
