mariadb集群初次启动方法

集群中第一mariadb启动方法：

    /etc/init.d/mysql start --wsrep_cluster_address=gcomm://192.168.10.64

集群中其它数据启动方法：

    /etc/init.d/mysql start

    注：当集群中已经有一台数据库在运行时，其它数据库以正常方式启动即可，无需要添加参数

集群中某台数据库关闭的方法：

    当集群中需要关闭某台服务器时，直接关闭即可，无需添加参数
