从源码包中把该文件复制到安装目录中:

[root@DB english]# pwd
/data/mysqldata/3306/english
[root@DB english]# cp /usr/local/src/mysql-5.6.33/sql/share/english/errmsg.sys ./

ok,再次启动,成功:

[root@DB english]# /app/mysql-5.6.33/bin/mysqld_safe --defaults-file=/data/mysqldata/3306/my.cnf &

[root@DB english]# lsof -i:3306
