3、双击或者右键修改：数值数据修改为0（默认可能显示1）

4、打开系统服务

操作：Windows-》开始-》搜索-》输入“services.msc”-》回车-》找到“Windows installers”-》停用-》启动-》重启动

5、安装应用。。。。。。成功，不会报错了 ！
