3 添加key

wget --quiet -O - https://www.postgresql.org/media/keys/ACCC4CF8.asc |  sudo apt-key add -

4 update

sudo apt-get update

5 install

sudo apt-get install postgresql-9.6

6  connect to postgresql

 sudo su - postgres

 psql

7 查看登录用户信息

postgres-# \conninfo

8退出 

postgres-# \q

linux mint 18.2 install postgresql
