hive 初始化数据库报错

网上搜了很多教程，解决不了。

mysql授权什么的都做了，换mysql版本，不行。

今天再盯着配置文件看，发现配置jdbc链接的字符串里有&amp,恍然大悟，乱码都删了，再初始化，成功！
