Open Notepad++.

On the menu go to: Run -> Run.. (F5).

Type in: cmd /k python "D:\bak.py" & ECHO. & PAUSE & EXIT

cmd /k python "$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)" & ECHO. & PAUSE & EXIT
