xtrabackup backup的线程模型：
1. 一个log拷贝线程；
2. n个ibd文件拷贝线程；
3. 一个io监控线程；
4. 通过suspend_start/suspend_end文件来标注是否启动终止线程；

2. 读取XTRABACKUP_METADATA_FILENAME，获取原信息；
