解决办法:

[root@luozhonghua mysql]# yum install bison

安装完后，再次执行：

[root@luozhonghua mysql-5.5.21]# cmake . -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local/mysql -DMYSQL_DATADIR=/data/mysql -DSYSCONFDIR=/etc

-- MySQL 5.5.21

-- Configuring done

-- Generating done

-- Build files have been written to: /usr/local/src/mysql-5.5.21

成功通过！记住是mysql-5.5.21版本，别的版本会有差异。
