CREATE INDEX Syntax

CREATE [UNIQUE|FULLTEXT|SPATIAL] INDEX index_name
[index_type]
ON tbl_name (index_col_name,...)

index_col_name:
col_name [(length)] [ASC | DESC]

index_type:
USING {BTREE | HASH | RTREE}
