php-无法访问静态页面的疑问

apache 的LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so 已经开启

Options FollowSymLinks
AllowOverride All
Order deny,allow
Deny from all

这个设置也改了

但是 访问本地的页面 http://localhost/fajjj/category-41-b0.html
就报404错误
Not Found

The requested URL /category.php was not found on this server.

访问动态的页面http://localhost/fajjj/category.php?id=47 就没问题了
请问是怎么回事？
