php-PHP无法显示SQL表中的内容

提示错误是
Notice: Undefined variable: row in C:\wamp\www\test\PHP26\main.php on line 43
我要用PHP做个表格，显示出SQL表里的数据。
用了屏蔽警告。但是无法显示SQL的数据。

不知道哪里写错了。或者说是SQL写错了？
