python有个包叫pyocr

from PIL import Image
from pyocr import pyocr # brew install tesseract

def pic_recognization(img):
    tools = pyocr.get_available_tools()
    res = tools[0].image_to_string(Image.open(img))
    return res

识别数字实测还是蛮准的，就算有部分字母也行
