以前是可以连接上的，我更换了服务器的IP后，php就连接不上数据库了，报错oci_connect(): OCIEnvNlsCreate() failed. There is something wrong with your system - please check that PATH includes the directory with Oracle Instant Client libraries in E:\workspace\oracle.php on line 3。
但是在其他机器上仍然可以连接成功数据库。
